The Supply of Lifts & Lifting Equipment Including Maintenance Services

Tender description

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is tendering for the supply of Lifts and Statutory Inspections (The Services) to the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The Authority/MPS is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable Contractor to provide these Services for an initial term of 36 months, with the option of up to two 12 months extension, at the full discretion of MOPAC. Lot 1: Undertake statutory inspections and compliance testing to the following asset types: • Lifts Traction (Passenger/Goods) • Lifts Traction (Goods Only) • Hoists (Chain Driven) • Hoists (Hydraulic) • Transport lifting equipment (vehicle, aviation or marine) • Other lifting or fixed access equipment such as, fall arrest systems, runway track, lifting beams, personal restraint anchors (eyebolts) as identified in asset schedule or requested on a call off basis.
