Tender description

The Summer Reading Challenge takes place in all Leicestershire Libraries every year and encourages children aged 4-12 years to keep up with their reading during the summer holidays. This challenge is co-ordinated at a national level by The Reading Agency who create unique materials/resources to support and reward those children participating in the challenge. These materials are linked to a specific theme of which the whole challenge is based on. Last year over 7,000 children participated in the challenge at a Leicestershire library. This activity is highlighted on the library roadmap as a key priority. Keywords: libraries
