Tender description
The contract requires a provider to manage the Teesworks Estate; including the provision of: - Communal Estate Management Services and Service Charge Administration? - Commercial Services Management and Charges Administration? - Management and maintenance of the owners retained non-communal estate (voids)? The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive Facilities management contract to Teesworks throughout the premises, delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
