To understand the economic impacts of the proposed public realm scheme with a potential meanwhile use and public realm. The Socio-Economic Assessment should assess the impacts of each of the 4 options and score each option. The socio-economic impact assessment should quantify the non-financial benefits of each of the option against cost and financial viability, the assessment should also consider whether any of the proposed options will disadvantage the current offering within the town centre for example historic the street market in Market Square.
