Provision and implementation of a cloud-based solution, to support fully, the end-to-end processing of applications for the Affordable Housing, Affordable Sites and Cost Rental Schemes, including a customer (applicant) facing ‘portal’ and ‘back end’ system to support administration of the Affordable Housing Purchase Scheme. A turnkey solution is being sought, which will be fully installed and ready to operate within 4 weeks from date of acceptance of tender.
