The provision of a manged detection and response cyber security service for Stonewater's cyber security needs. Lot 1: The MDR cyber security solution for Stonewater Housing Association must offer continuous 24/7 monitoring, advanced threat detection, rapid incident response, threat intelligence integration, and support for forensic analysis. It should facilitate immediate mitigation actions, maintain comprehensive logs, generate customisable reports, adhere to compliance regulations, demonstrate scalability, undergo thorough testing, provide training and ongoing support, and be subject to periodic updates. A tender was previously attempted for this requirement, as a result of which no appointment was made. The previous tender was larger in scope than this version, with the previous being a SOC and SIEM service and this one being a Managed Detection and Response service only.
