Office Refurbishment, West Road, Irvine

Tender description

North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) requires a suitable contractor to carry out the refurbishment of an existing NAC office at West Road, Irvine. The project requires the modernisation of existing facilities to provide functional office spaces for two mental health teams and will include the reconfiguration of mezzanine and storage spaces to form interview rooms for staff and client sessions. The works will comprise of downtakings, slapping's, partitions, doors, windows, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, decoration, fixed furniture, mechanical and electrical installations, fencing, construction of new patio, hard and soft landscaping. The requirement is being progressed as an open quick quote and NAC is using PCS-Tender to conduct this exercise. The anticipated contract start date is 12th December 2023, a pre-start meeting will be held on 15th December 2023 (subject to availability of all parties) and the date of commencement on-site is anticipated to be 8th January 2024 with the works being complete before 7th June 2024.
