Tender description

The association seeks to procure the services of a suitably qualified and resourced organisation to provide and maintain housing management software, capable of managing its housing stock of 2,300 units and factored stock of 600 units. The association requires a single supplier to provide housing management software that allows it to manage 2,300 rented properties and 600 factored properties. The software is required to include fully integrated modules relating to: - Allocations - Tenancy management - Income management - Voids, repairs and gas management - Asset management - Finance - Factoring and service charges The software should be cloud based, have mobile capabilities and provision for a tenant/owners portal.
