Tender description

To provide professional planning expertise to support the development of a Neighbourhood Plan. Additional information: Important Note: As a result of a boundary commission review that was implemented in May 2023 there are (now) six wards in Hertford: Bengeo North (formerly known as Bengeo). Bengeo North is the coterminous area of the former Bengeo Ward. The adopted NP for Bengeo covers the Bengeo North ward area and no other area(s). Bengeo South - brand new as of May 2023 - no NP Castle - amended as part of the May 2023 boundary review (by removing areas that then became Bengeo South and Kingsmead West) Kingsmead East (formerly known as Kingsmead). Kingsmead East is the coterminous area of the former Kingsmead Ward The adopted NP for Kingsmead covers the Kingsmead East ward area and no other area(s). Kingsmead West - brand new as of May 2023 - no NP Sele - not amended in May 2023 The adopted Sele NP covers the Sele Ward area and no other area(s).
