Tender description

The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) requirement is for a cryostat capable of realising the temperature range from 4 K to 273 K, with up to 24 4-wire sensors in the sample volume, having lead-out wires which are connected to external measurement equipment at room temperature. The main purpose of this system is to allow for accurate calibrations of temperature sensors, which means that the best temperature stability regimes must be achieved. Additionally, we are looking into solutions that would allow for quick connections for the sensors to be calibrated using the system.
