Cardiac MRI scanning and reporting

Tender description

Requirement of a short term (90 days) Cardiac MRI scanning service to reduce a patient backlog, to be situated at Southlands Hospital in Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex. The procurement exercise will be conducted via the NHS Supply Chain national Framework Agreement for Managed Equipment of Clinical Service Solutions (MECSS) and is only open to providers that are already on the Framework and are able to supply under Lot 1 - "short term to medium term clinical service solutions". The Trust is seeking pricing for the provision of i) a staffed mobile MRI scanner suitable for cardiac MRI patients (Lot 1), ii) specialist cardiac reporting (Lot 2), and iii) a staffed mobile MRI van for cardiac MRI patients AND a managed reporting service (Lot 3). The Trust will award EITHER Lots 1 and 2 OR Lot 3. Lots awarded will be to a single Supplier.
