Award of Scottish Government Interim Professional Staff Services Framework - Project Managers

Marine Directorate is seeking proposals (including CVs) for the provision of three Project Managers. The Marine Directorate as been going through a major transformation to reshape the structure and the way it operates to better align to our delivery needs. As part of this restructure the organisation of 800+ staff has been split into 5 portfolios. As processes and governance are still being developed and rolled out the requirement is for additional project resource to enable targeted delivery of specific workstreams and provide resilience for a team of portfolio managers until 29 March 24. With oversight from the Portfolio Managers, the project resources will require strong planning, collaborative and delivery skills (and for the project support – good organisational skills) to take forward specific workstreams and also provide support within the team.
