Tender description
Marine Directorate wishes to invite tenders to refurbish a vessel TV Winch. The research vessel MRV Scotia is equipped with a TV winch which due to its age and operating conditions onboard, requires an extensive overhaul. The vessel regularly visits Aberdeen, for periods of 3-4 days where work can be carried out at a mutually agreed time. Due to the scope of work and the vessel scheduling, it is envisaged the winch will be required to be removed from the vessel to carry out this scope of work.
