Tender description
The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Marine Directorate, wish to commission research into the replacement of the Marine Directorate’s Fishing Vessel Licencing System. The scope will involve undertaking the discovery phase on the replacement system for Fishing Vessel Licencing using standard Agile delivery methods. The goal of the discovery phase will be to determine a pathway for the system to be upgraded whilst adhering to the Digital Scotland Service Standard (DSSS) - Minimum Evidence Framework criteria.
