The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for the construction of a new substation. Scope of Requirement: The construction (with Contractor Design Portions) of a new substation, decommissioning and disconnection of services to existing substation and the partial demolition and remodelling works of 24 Hounsfield Road to accommodate the new substation facility and associated external works.
