You are invited to submit a tender for the installation of LED lighting and associated works at Unit 1 Foxes Lane, Blackwood NP12 4AB. The scope of the project is fully described in the tender documentation but in summary the scope is:- The Electrical Services Installer shall allow for the safe isolation, removal and disposal of existing lighting as per the associated drawings. This forms part of Caerphilly CBC LAEF/Invest to Save Scheme.- The Electrical Services Installer shall allow for the supply and installation of new LED Light fittings and lighting as per the associated drawings.- The Electrical Services Installer shall allow for the installation of new emergency light fittings. This must include all required wiring alterations, cabling, GMS containment, key switches and sundry items.- The Electrical Services Installer shall allow for the installation of new lighting controls including all wiring alterations, cabling, GMS Containment and sundry items. They should also include for the inspecting and testing all existing lighting controls , any faults found shall be reported to the Contract Administrator.- The Inspection and Testing of all lighting circuits with results being provided to the Contract Administrator on Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate.- The provision of record drawings and O&M manuals.- Programme to be agreed with Business Support Office and TenantsNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146571. If you do not agree you cannot complete the registration process. Once you have agreed click on the blue arrow to move on to the next stage;10. Insert a password for the admin user and repeat it. The password Must be between 6 and 50 characters in length. It must contain at least 2 number(s). Once completed select ‘Complete Registration’ and you will enter the Supplier Home page;11. From the Home Page, go to the ‘Opportunities’ icon, all current opportunities will be listed.Click on the blue arrow under the field ‘Show Me’ of the relevant opportunity then click to register your interest on the applicable button;12. Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow;13. Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project. To find all available documentation drop-down the ‘Request Documents’ option and click to download all documents;14.
