Tender description

This tender opportunity comprises of minor internal alterations works to the Steam Room area of the Derg Valley Leisure Centre following the successful delivery of Phase 1 Derg Active works. Works consist of refurbishment in finishes including M and E upgrades to existing steam room facility and break through to an existing Store room to facilitate inclusion of infra red sauna(s) Ice baths, etc to extend the well being offering of the centre.
