Tender description

Post-primary school project on a steeply sloping site comprising a multistorey extension including a PE hall c.7,750m2, with demolition, reconfiguration and refurbishment to the existing historic school buildings, complete with ballcourts, carparking, roadworks, landscaping and all associated siteworks, including retaining structures. The project will be phased, requiring the relocation of existing temporary accommodation and the provision of new temporary accommodation for the duration of construction. The works will be on a live school campus and the existing school must be kept operational at all times.
