Tender description

Awarded through KCS Y23065 Software Products and Associated Services Framework Direct Award. UDC required a managed SOC security HQ service. The service will need 24/7 monitoring; Continuous surveillance of network traffic, endpoints, and systems to detect suspicious activities and potential threats in real-time. Identification of security incidents through automated alerts and manual analysis. Rapid response to security breaches, including containment, eradication, and recovery within the permitted parameters. It will also need threat intelligence and vulnerability management assessments. Security Data will need to be analysed from across the organisation to identify patterns indicative of security threats. Compliance and reporting and Forensic analysis will also be required.
