Tender description

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (the ‘Trust’) is looking to procure Architectural and Landscape Architecture Services for the Masterplan and Surplus Land associated with the redevelopment of St Mary’s Hospital. This procurement will be run via a Restricted procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR"). The Masterplan and Landscape Architect's role will be to assist the Trust and the appointed Development Manager in securing a Satisfactory Planning Permission for the Masterplan and the Surplus Land released by the redevelopment of St Mary’s Hospital in line with the Trust's Objectives.
