NOT AWARDED TO SUPPLIER - Tenders are invited from organisation that are a GCP Eliminator and IKO approved installers, and have the resources, sufficient capacity and experience working with Local Authority clients to remove the existing covering on the 1st floor service deck and ramp, back to the structural deck and recovering with a new membrane and wearing course at Charter Walk Shopping Centre, Burnley.
