Tender description

The recommended route to market is a direct award from Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Gcloud13 to Proact IT UK Limited for a Managed SOC with MDR using Microsoft Sentinel in Cloud Software. Proact IT UK Limited are the only supplier available when searching Gcloud for those specific requirements. The council reserves the right to extend this contract by an additional 12 months at its sole discretion. This extension would be based on satisfactory performance, meeting service requirements, council needs at the time and whether there is budget available for the requirement. The extension period would be on the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
