Tender description
The works relate to refurbishment of a 3 storey dwelling house at Castleton Gardens, Belfast to include thermal improvement works to comply with modern British Standards and NI Building Regulations. The works shall also comprise installation of a new photovoltaic panel system at roof level to help to improve the overall EPC rating of the dwelling. The building is a residential dwelling, occupied by Newington Housing Association tenants. The tenants are currently decanted from the property. See Appendix 3 for furtherdetails
