Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a Technical Adviser (Supplier) for both Lots 1 and 2 to; 1. Assist the FE Sector Asset Management Group (AMG) to compile an options appraisal which will evaluate the timeframe and economic, commercial, financial, and overall risk implications , presenting a clear recommendation for the planned procurements. 2. Manage the procurement and mobilisation of an FE Sector Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) Framework - Lot 1 in conjunction with DfE’s Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE), Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD). Contracts are to be awarded by 4th April 2025 . 3. Manage the procurement and mobilisation of an FE Sector framework for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Response Maintenance and Minor Works – Lot 2 in conjunction with CPD advisers, with contracts to be awarded by 5th July 2025. 4. The technical advisor for both lots will be required to Communicate with all key stakeholders to include: • Six Regional Colleges • FE Sector Asset Management Group • CPD Adviser(s) • Legal Adviser
