Restricted Procedure suppliers will first need to complete the SSQ and the Award criteria will determine whether a supplier can submit a bid. Please ensure you review the documentation carefully. The Langstone Coastal Defence Scheme requires a competent Contractor with experience in delivering Coastal Defence Structures, working in a coastal environment, with restricted access, environmental restrictions and in working to minimise inconvenience to the community. A scope of works is currently being prepared by the designer. These works will be procured via restricted tender route in accordance with the Procurement Strategy. Procurement will be in 2 phases: 1. Supplier Requirement Questionnaire (SRQ) drafted in Oct/ Nov. SSQ time Dec 2024 – Jan 2025. 2. Invite to Tender (ITT) 3-4 preferred suppliers invited to tender. Drafted Nov/ Dec.
