GB-Chelmsford: CCC - Essex Coast RAMS Review

Tender description

Chelmsford City Council, on behalf of the Local Planning Authorities within the Essex Coast RAMS Partnership, invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a review of the Essex Coast RAMS, assessing recreational pressures on the Essex coast via detailed visitor surveys, providing an up-to-date evidence base for mitigation, and to produce a updated Essex Coast RAMS strategy which is fully costed for in perpetuity (a minimum of 80 Years**). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
