Tender description

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to perform the following duties: Upon appointment the successful tenderer shall be required to perform an inspection of all fire doors across the Contracting Authority’s region of University Hospital Kerry with a list of locations but not limited to such as showing in Section 3. Arising from this inspection, the successful tenderer shall produce a worklist for review by the Contracting Authority. The worklist produced above shall be utilized to agree defined packages of repair or replacement work with a separate Contractor nominated by the Contracting Entity as the need arises. Further details of the Contracting Entity's requirements are provided in Section 3.
