Westminster City Council is a responsible Highway Authority and there is an increasing commitment to Design, Implement and Manage a range of more Walking, Cycling, Bus, Road Safety, Freight and Servicing and Equality relates schemes and projects on the street. This rapid increase in demand of our schemes has necessitated the need to provide suitable services to support the delivery of the following schemes retention and continued employment of a Project Officer to deliver: 1. Westminster Cycle Loan 2. Westminster Greater Soho freight consolidation scheme demonstrator schemes 3. Tfl/Santander Cycle Loan Vouchers for low income residents 4. Zero Emission Zone (ZEN) member lead 5. Responsible School Streets schemes.
