Tender description

This is a Soft Market Test for the Volunteer Driver Service, the service is to provide a low cost flexible social transport service that delivers transport provision to vulnerable adults and older people who would otherwise be unable to access services and support in the community as a result of being unable to use or have difficulty using public transport. The service will cover all geographical areas of the Borough of Rochdale and the service provider will work closely with other partnership organisations when providing these services e.g. the Local Authority, Health and Community Organisations.
