Thirteen are the largest housing association in the North East, funded by traditional bank debt, private placements and an Affordable Homes Guarantee Scheme loan. Other funding methods including public debt are being considered for the future. Thirteen requires a treasury advisor to provide proactive support and advice across a range of projects including annual policies and strategies, funding, banking, credit rating agency and lender relationships.
