Tender description

The Council are conducting a pre-market engagement 'PME' exercise for the provision of security guarding and event stewarding services. The Council has developed a questionnaire is to seek input from the industry on best practice specifications, proposed contract terms and conditions, pricing and appropriate models to evaluate tenders. All information provided will be reviewed and may be used to inform the development of the specification, award criteria and potential pricing model. Information provided at this stage will not be used or considered in any future tender evaluation. If interested in participating please email cps@belfastcity.gov.uk and a copy of the PME questionnaire will be emailed to you for completion. Completed PME questionnaires to be returned no later that 19th December 2024.
