Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wishes to appoint an Integrated Consultancy Team to produce an Outline Business Case (“OBC”) developed to the standards of the Northern Ireland Guide to Expenditure Appraisal and Evaluation (NIGEAE) and provide an associated outline Transport Assessment for Carryduff town centre, which will be revisited at a letter stage in order to inform a submission to planning.
