Soft Market Testing - Specific Strategic Intelligence Support for Champs Public Health Collaborative

Wirral Council are looking for a specific Strategic Intelligence support to enable our current system to move forward in relation to programme areas of work linked to our ‘All Together Fairer’ intelligence needs, and ‘Suicide Prevention’ work specifically linked to the further development of real time surveillance systems. Whilst both elements of work are partially developed, we need further support to speed up the development, provide systematic view of future analysis and highlight any key issues moving forward. Numerous skills will be required to support these programme developments and we need those engaged in this commission to be able to work alongside the system leaders, programme managers and to ensure the best outputs are provided and any further improvements are highlighted.
