Tender description

To ensure all parties fully understand the requirements and timeframes and appointed supplier can set out their proposals for successful completion of the project. At this meeting we can discuss the best approach to delivering the required outputs and clarify any points regarding the scope. This will include scheduling of monthly progress meetings within this initial meeting. The EA will provide the appointed contractor with data and information we already have to aid the completion of Task 2.
