Provision of a Leadership Development Programme

Tender description

North Ayrshire Council (NAC) seek to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for the design, delivery and evaluation of one Leadership Development programme per year for our ‘middle’ manager audience of approx. 20 managers per programme. This contract is anticipated to be for a period of three years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The terms and conditions of the contract will be North Ayrshire Council's Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Purchase of Services (NAC TC2). NAC welcomes expressions of interest from providers. NAC reserve the right to engage with providers who express interest for the purposes of market research prior to tender release. Lot 1: North Ayrshire Council (NAC) require a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a Leadership Development programme for our ‘middle’ manager audience of approx. 20 managers per programme.
