Phase 2 Construction of multi-use community facility comprising of completion of building works including subfloors, internal and external walls, internal and external completions and finishes, electrical and mechanical installations, construction of carpark, pedestrian walkway, perimeter fencing, footpaths, streetlighting, drainage systems, site services, upgrades to existing access roadway and entrance, boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated works.
