The pre-construction services have been procured as a Call Off utilising the SCAPE Scotland Construction Works Framework Agreement for projects over 7.5M GBP. Following successful completion of the pre-development services development agreement, the Council may enter into a construction contract with Morgan Sindall to deliver the works.
