Tender description

The States Property Unit is seeking Expressions of Interest from Window Suppliers to carry out the replacement programme for the Les Varendes High School. The construction of Les Varendes High School (formerly the Guernsey Grammar School) was completed in 1985 and still has the original windows and some doors. These that need replacing are single glazed and demonstrating wear and tear with some failure occurring. The replacement of these units is required in accordance with BS 8213-4. The removal, disposal, and replacement of all existing aluminium doors and windows. The Project includes the manufacture, delivery and installation of replacement aluminium framed, double-glazed doors and windows, and make good all disturbed surfaces on completion.
