Housing Fire Safety Equipment Servicing and Maintenance

Tender description

Regular servicing and reactive maintenance to the fire panels, alarms and fire extinguishers within the Council's housing stock. The contract includes minor remedial works arising from the inspections. This Contract shall include the following Services: o Resident Liaison o Statutory testing of schedule equipment o Maintaining of records and certification o Design and scoping of remedial works Additional information: Completed ITT's may be submitted at any time before the closing date.
