Tender description

Installation of 153 lin.m of 1.83m high timber hoarding fencing and associated double vehicle gates at the Banana Warehouse site, Digbeth. The former Banana Warehouse, a Grade II listed building on Fazeley Street, is currently being converted into a state-of-the-art studio. Following completion of the conversion works, hoarding works are required to secure the boundary and prevent unauthorised access to the site by vehicles and trespassers. Works are required urgently as the site is currently nearing the end of construction phase and will be handed back for occupation.
