The extent of services required within this tender include refurbishment to large section of the current building, alongside constructing new link buildings and providing new M&E services and strategies in line with the trust Green plan and sustainability targets. <br/>To include substructure and superstructure construction to the drawing specifications, installation of mechanical and electrical requirements to the M&E specification provided. Drainage installations to meet the specifications. Full internal finishes in line with the design information.
