THIS IS NOT A TENDER. Buckinghamshire Council is seeking expressions of interest from providers that have the capacity and capability to deliver a School Swimming Advice and Guidance service. The contract would be for a one year period. The Council is of the view that Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may be applicable.
