Tender description
This is a Soft Market Testing exercise for the City Advice Service. The City of London (the City) commissions a standalone ‘City Advice’ service to provide free, impartial and non-judgemental information and advice to the City of London residents (approx. 9,000) , workers and students. The City of London Corporation additionally manages ten other estates situated in six different London boroughs whose tenants are eligible for access to City Advice. The service is accessed via face to face appointments, home visits where necessary, drop ins to a location bordering the City and also via telephone, e-mail and website.
