Conwy County Borough Council [CCBC] require a Building Services Design Consultant to join the design team and undertake design duties associated with the new stand alone school building.These duties will include but are not limited to; specification, sizing, routing and design of building services, site survey and inspection of existing building services, verify residual lifecycle, check condition and identify spare capacity, liaison with utility providers to verify spare capacity, co-ordination with Architectural, Structural and Civil Designs, co-ordination with system installers / maintenance companies production of design information such as building plans, specifications, schedules, scope of works documents for tender. Attend design team meetings to develop a co-ordinated design.The Building Services Design Consultant will survey, record and identify incoming services meter positions, system panel positions such as fire alarm, intruder alarm, telephony, sprinkler, PA system etc and verify each system has the capacity to be extended to cater for the new stand alone building.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146120.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
