Water Dispensing Units - Purchase and/or Supply & Maintain

Information gathering exercise - Provision of ambient drinking water stations and/or supply & maintain water coolers. Lot 1: This is a Prior Information Notice to potential tenderers and is also an information gathering exercise. East Ayrshire Council are in the process of reviewing our options to provide water in council buildings. This includes East Ayrshire Leisure and Ayrshire Roads Alliance. At present we have around 120 plumbed in water coolers. It has been agreed to look into other options including the use of ambient units. We would be grateful if interested parties could provide some generic information on what they can provide to allow us to consider our options prior to tender. Please reply to Zoe.Wilson@east-ayrshire.gov.uk with the following information: - Details of ambient dispensers (or any alternatives you can provide to chilled devices) - Drainage options for ambient bottle filler units - Details of any flow rate - if applicable - Approximate delivery lead time from award of contract - Is there a 'supply-only' option for your devices?. Please provide this information and any other information which you believe to be applicable to Zoe.Wilson@east-ayrshire.gov.uk. We would be grateful to have your response by early December to allow us to gauge interest and issue the tender documents in a timely manner.
