Tender description

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (the ‘’Council’’) as part of the ongoing improvement to Moira Demesne Moira. The Council are proposing to procure a painted fibre cement board clad metal unit with grey stipple finish to match the cladding of the existing changing pavilion. This cladding to be fixed to an insulated composite cladding panel with finished surface on the inside all to be fixed to Galvanised Mild Steel Structure . The building will facilitate the local community members to do a variety of activities from manual crafts to gardening. This will be a Contractor designed element and will include cladding, the structure, internal fit out, hard landscaping and the concrete base that it is fixed to.
