Tender description

This is an invitation to tender for the development and delivery of a Hotel Hospitality Employment Academy on behalf of Derry City and Strabane District Council’s Labour Market Partnership, hereby known as DSLMP. DSLMP are seeking tenders from organisations who have the required experience, expertise, and qualifications in developing, delivering and managing employment academies within the Hotel Hospitality sector. The Hotel Hospitality Employment Academy is to be delivered to residents of Derry City and Strabane District Council. The academy is to furnish participants with the confidence, employability skills, qualifications, and support required to take up employment within the areas of need in local hotels such as Bartender, Restaurant Staff, Porters, Housekeeping etc. The Awarded Tender (AT) will develop participant employability skills, deliver hospitality qualifications and training, and prepare participants for sustainable employment. This is in preparation for participants completing a four-week placement within a local hotel and undertaking a guaranteed interview at the end. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
