Tender description
The purpose of the Service is to provide support to people with a head injury and their families/carers. Lot 1: The Tender Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with a below GPA Open Tender procedure relating to a Services Contract under Social and Other Specific Services. This is in accordance with the Procurement Reform Act 2014 and related legislation including the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016, as amended.
