Tender description

The works are centred upon replacing eight automatic opening vent, (AOV), windows, on the first and second floors of Camberwell Court. The works shall comprise the disconnection and removal of 8 existing uPVC windows and spring loaded actuators and the introduction of new AOV windows to comply with modern British Standards, NI Building Regulations, and advice and guidance from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. The works shall also comprise modifications to the existing fire alarm panel, and the introduction of a new control panel, over-ride switches, smoke detectors, and associated cabling works.
