PP216 - Call Systems Servicing and Repairs

Repair and Maintenance of Call Systems Anchor Hanover Group is establishing a contracts with up to 4 providers for servicing and repairs of Warden Call, Nurse Call, CCTV System Maintenance, Access Control, and Door Entry Systems (excluding Automatic Doors). Contract Overview: The contracts cover maintenance and repair services for a variety of call and security systems from providers such as Eclipse, Quantec, Tunstall, Appello, Legrand, Intercall, Chubb, and ADT. Key Requirements: - Servicing and Repairs of Call Systems - Suppliers will receive a list of consumables and user-replaceable components to support ongoing system function. - An optional dilapidation report and asset tagging may be required within the first 12 months, budget permitting. - Provision of portable Dispersed Alarm Units (DAU) for continuity in case of system failure. - Maintenance of Private Client Networks at specified locations. Geographical Contractual Areas: The lotted procurement is divided into four lots by region: Lot 1: Northwest and Cumbria, Northeast Lot 2: Yorkshire, Lincs, Midlands Lot 3: Southwest Corridor, Devon, Cornwall Lot 4: North London & East Anglia, Southeast Bidders can bid on all lots but will only be awarded a maximum of two. Contractual Terms: The contract will follow JCT Measured Terms (2016) with Anchor’s standard amendments. Initial term: 3 years, with extension options for an additional 2 years plus 1 year, based on performance. Estimated annual spend: £4.8 million nationally. Submission Requirements: Anchor requires a joint SQ (Selection Questionnaire) and ITT (Invitation to Tender) submission before the tender deadline. Suppliers will be shortlisted at the SQ stage, with the top 5 suppliers per lot progressing to ITT.
